All meetings of Skaalds are on hold for the obvious reasons: the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, and LCC has been closed all summer. Stand by for more information as events unfold.

Welcome

The Skaaldic Society is a Lansing MI area writers’ group for reading and responding. All are welcome. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month (usually– watch for exceptions!). Bring six copies of work you will read (about 5 pages, double-spaced). We’re friendly, but serious about good writing in all genres.
